F5/11 Claydons Circuit
COURSE DETAILS
Start on Botolph Claydon to Calvert road (Orchard Way) approx 1 mile west of Botolph Claydon opposite large lay-by.
Proceed west along unclassified road through Calvert to crossroads where left to Edgcott (Marshall).
In Edgcott turn left (Marshall) along unclassified road signposted Quainton (Lawn Hill).
Continue along rolling road where climb hill through finish area to re-enter Botolph Claydon. Turn left at top of hill (Marshall) and continue past start point to complete lap – 10.8 miles.
Repeat once for Espoirs, Veterans, Ladies, Juniors (just under 2 complete laps). Repeat twice for Seniors (just under 3 complete laps).
FINISH POINT in Orchard Way adjacent to white picket fence at exit to Botolph Claydon villageRace distance 20.8 miles (F5/22) or 31.2 miles (F5/33) depending on category. (Note, young riders complete one lap only of 10 miles from Start to Finish point)
